Nicole Nejezch - Director of Sales and Broker

Accustomed to the fast paced world of the hospitality industry having been part of the opening team at Bellagio in 1998, Nicole does not shy away from the day to day challenges that come her way. Her six-year stint as a Catering Manager at Bellagio soon gave way to a new career in real estate and in no time became a top selling Sales Executive for Panorama Towers. Believing that her passion for hospitality and real estate sales is a winning combination, Nicole Nejezch rejoined MGM Resorts International as a Sales Executive for CityCenter in 2006. A move that proved successful and paved the way to her becoming the Director of Sales in 2009, then as Broker in 2013.

Frances Carr - Sales Executive

“Building meaningful relationships” best describes Frances Carr’s career over the last 13 years both as a real estate professional and a player development executive.

Since 2001 Frances has held top sales positions with a number of high-rise condominium developments in Las Vegas, receiving multi-million dollar sales awards along the way. Most notably, Frances was a Sales Executive at CityCenter Residential where her sales surpassed $100 million prior to the 2009 delivery of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas; Veer Towers; and Vdara Condo Hotel.

During a brief hiatus as an MGM Resorts International Player Development Executive, Frances built relationships with close to 500 VIP clients and provided each customer a unique, upscale experience.
