Are residences still available for sale at CityCenter?
We have sold one third of CityCenter and have over $375million in sales revenue at CityCenter. We currently have inventory available for sale both Veer Towers and Mandarin Oriental.
Are you offering a developer leasing program?
Yes, limited inventory is available for lease.
How do I become affiliated with CityCenter?

How can I become a Preferred Agent with CityCenter and how does this benefit me?
By completing the Cooperating Agent Broker Registration Agreement, you are eligible to become a Preferred Agent. As a Preferred Agent, you will receive advance project information, construction updates, invitations to special events, access to creative assets, branded marketing materials, additional marketing support, and access to exclusive sales promotions and incentives.
How do you compensate your Cooperating Brokers?
With your completed Cooperating Agent Broker Registration Agreement on file, you are eligible for a 3% commission, payable within 60 days of closing. This structure is for domestic sales. International sales may be subject to a different commission and payment structure.
What is the compensation for leases?
A $1,000 flat rate commission is payable within 30 days after move-in. A minimum of 12-month lease is required to qualify for the $1,000 commission.
Do you pay out of state brokers?
Yes, with a Cooperating Agent Broker Registration Agreement on file we pay out of state brokers a 3% referral fee for sales, structured the same as our Broker Cooperation, and the $1,000 flat fee for 12-month leases.

How can I register my client with CityCenter?

Do I have to accompany my clients to the CityCenter Gallery or other CityCenter sales locations?
Yes, you must accompany your client on their fist visit at a minimum and have your client complete and sign a registration card.
Where can I take my client to learn more about CityCenter?
It's best to schedule an appointment in advance for you and your client to learn more about CityCenter. Generally, a Sales Executive will coordinate a meeting location and provide an informative overview of CityCenter and show our model homes and available inventory.

Do you have models at your Sales Gallery?
Yes, model homes available for preview at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas and Veer Towers. Showings of these models are by appointment only.
How long does the registration last?
30 days. After 30 days, you will need to contact the Broker Department to update us on your client's level of interest to keep their registration assigned to you.
What is CityCenter's deposit structure?
Payment is due in full upon unit selection and contract signing.
What is your current pricing/starting price ranges?

How can I obtain specific floor plans and pricing?
You may contact our office to speak with a Sales Executive and you may also log on to CityCenter Residential for a self search option of floor plan and residence availability.
How can a client finance their purchase?
For our buyers who desire financing, we have a relationship with a lender resource to which we can refer to our buyers to determine if financing will be an option they would like to consider.
What is our re-sale policy?
Our re-sale policy stated in the sale contract, allows an owner to sell their residence after closing if 90% of the building has closed, or 18 months after their closing date, whichever comes first.
What are your lease starting prices and minimum terms?
We require a minimum of a 1 year lease. We recommend that you contact our Sales Office to speak with a Sales Representative for lease pricing, as the inventory leases quickly. You may also log on to CityCenter Residential for a self search option of floor plan and residence availability.
What is your deposit structure for leasing?
The deposit structure is subject to approval, though normally we require:
First Months Rent, Security Deposit, Last Months Rent and
additional deposits such as, key, cleaning and pet if applicable

How are residences serviced after closing?
CityCenter has an established onsite department dedicated to servicing homeowners and lease residents with issues that may arise in their CityCenter home. The operating hours of the department are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Homeowners may call the dedicated service line 702-590-8805 or toll free 877-359-5153. Homeowners may also request services by emailing HomeownerCustomerCare@CityCenter.com.
What images or information can I put on my website?
You must be a Preferred Agent with CityCenter to use CityCenter's creative assets. Additionally, you must accept our Intellectual Properties Agreement and adhere to our usage policy and style guidelines.
